Three kids.
One hot idea.

Three Little Peppers started with our family growing peppers in north Grants Pass and kept growing: more varieties, more recipes, more questions, and eventually a plan to build a real Southern Oregon food brand without skipping the hard parts.

How this started

Grow it. Cook it. Learn what it takes.

The name came from the three kids. The obsession came from the garden. Three Little Peppers and Martin Family Farms are not separate strangers doing business together; they are two parts of the same family story in north Grants Pass.

The farm side is where much of the growing and farm-direct experimentation happens. 3LP is the sauce-and-pepper-product side we are building toward licensed commercial production. Keeping those lanes clear lets us tell the truth about what is farm-direct today and what will eventually become a commercial 3LP product.

No extracts. All organic ingredient inputs. Flavor has to earn the burn.

The capital wall

The sauce company created the next company.

Early on, 3LP proved we could grow peppers, make people care about the product and create demand. The harder lesson was that a good recipe is only one piece of a food business. Commercial production, process review, packaging, distribution, compliance and capital all arrive at the same time.

We hit that wall before we had the infrastructure to scale responsibly. Instead of forcing the launch, that problem became the reason Rogue Media Solutions was created. The same systems 3LP needed—strong digital assets, local visibility, reliable infrastructure and a way to build without handing control away—were problems other Southern Oregon businesses were facing too.

RMS grew by helping those businesses own their websites, improve their local search presence, connect with one another and keep more opportunity circulating here. In the process, the community around 3LP got stronger too. The detour became part of the road back to the bottle.

The profile tells the same arc from another angle: 3LP hit the realities of scaling, RMS grew from that lesson, and the local relationships built along the way became infrastructure for the next chapter.

01 · Family

The name is literal.

Three Little Peppers is rooted in our family. The kids, the garden, Martin Family Farms and the kitchen experiments are all part of why this exists.

02 · Ingredients

All organic inputs.

Every ingredient input we use is organic. That is an ingredient standard we choose for the recipes—not a claim that every future product carries organic certification.

03 · Community

Build more than a bottle.

RMS, local growers, food businesses, kitchens and customers have all become part of the infrastructure around 3LP. The goal is growth that strengthens the place we live.
