Before there is a bottle, there is soil, weather, timing, fruit, heat and a lot of learning. This is the growing side of the same Martin family behind Three Little Peppers.

Same family, different purpose

Martin Family Farms is us.

Martin Family Farms is our family farm in north Grants Pass. Three Little Peppers grew from the same family, same property, same garden experiments and the same obsession with peppers.

The names serve different purposes. Farm-direct experiments can sit on the Martin Family Farms side when appropriate. 3LP is the commercial sauce brand we are taking through the food-safety, process-review, licensing and production work required before retail release.

So when you see Martin Family Farms on a 3LP story, it is not an outside supplier we “partnered with.” It is our farm side.

Every ingredient input we use is organic.

Inputs

All organic.

Organic ingredient inputs are a recipe standard for 3LP. We keep that statement precise and separate from formal organic certification.

Heat

No extracts.

The heat comes from peppers. If a sauce is hot, it should still carry the character of the chile rather than tasting like a stunt.

Place

North Grants Pass.

The garden and Martin Family Farms are part of our family operation here, not a generic “local farm” added to the story later.

Farm-direct experiments

What is farm-direct now can become 3LP later.

Recipes such as Plum Love and Sunshine Rebel can be tested under the Martin Family Farms farm-direct framework while we continue the separate commercial path for Three Little Peppers.

If one of those recipes becomes a commercial 3LP signature product, it will move through the required process before retail release. Same family, same ideas, different regulatory lane.
