This is where farm-direct experiments get a chance to earn their way into the future 3LP lineup. Small batches. Real harvests. No promise that every recipe becomes an official sauce.

The farm behind the experiments
Martin Family Farms
The Flavor Lab starts in the garden. Martin Family Farms grows the peppers, herbs and flowers behind these seasonal farm-direct experiments in Grants Pass, Oregon. 3LP is where the strongest ideas can eventually graduate into a separate commercial product.
How this works
You help decide what survives.
We make small experimental batches from the farm side, put them in front of real people, and listen. If a recipe keeps earning strong feedback, it can move toward the separate commercial process required for an official Three Little Peppers release.
All ingredient inputs are organic. Heat comes from peppers, not extracts. The point of the lab is flavor first—then we find out whether the idea deserves another batch.

Plum Love
4/10 heat
A fruit-forward garden sauce built around fresh plum with Sugar Rush and Mild Armageddon peppers. Sweet, bright, peppery and intentionally below the superhot end of the 3LP spectrum.
This one is here to answer a simple question: does plum belong in the permanent rotation?

Sunshine Rebel
5/10 heat
Fresh peach meets Sugar Rush Peach and Orange Spice Jalapeño with citrus, carrot, yellow onion and a touch of cinnamon. It lands in the middle: fruity and bright, with enough heat to stay interesting.
We are testing whether the balance feels like a signature sauce—or just a very good seasonal experiment.
HeatMapped · Early community signal
What 34 tasters are telling us.
HeatMapped currently has 34 responses. This is a small, self-selected early sample, so these are directional community signals—not definitive market segments. Smoky (18 selections) and savory (15) are also showing strong interest.
