A local food brand in progress

Why Grants Pass matters to 3LP.

This company did not choose Grants Pass because it looked good in a footer. This is where our family lives, where Martin Family Farms grows, where the recipes started and where the first people tasting, growing, cooking and collaborating with us are.

We are building toward licensed commercial production while staying connected to the Rogue Valley food system around us. Local kitchens, restaurants, food trucks, events and customers are part of the feedback loop that decides what deserves to become a real product.

That local feedback is product development—not decoration after the fact.

35+

Pepper varieties grown

We use the garden to learn how different peppers perform, taste and change through a Southern Oregon season.

100%

Organic inputs

Every ingredient input we use is organic. We keep that claim separate from formal organic certification.

Same family, two lanes

3LP + Martin Family Farms.

Martin Family Farms is our family farm in north Grants Pass. It is not an outside grower 3LP happens to use. The farm side and the sauce side are connected by the same family, property, growing experience and ingredients.

Farm-direct experiments can live under the Martin Family Farms framework when appropriate. Future retail 3LP sauces will follow the separate commercial process required for licensed production. That distinction keeps the story accurate without pretending the two are unrelated.

Current 3LP products shown on this site are part of our development story. Commercial retail availability follows training, process review, licensing and production readiness.

North Grants Pass

More than peppers.

The farm story is seasonal, imperfect and real: peppers, tomatoes, flowers, compost, experiments, wins, failures and the kind of learning you only get by growing things yourself. That is the backdrop behind the sauce—not a stock-photo version of farming.

As 3LP grows, this page will keep documenting the place it came from instead of separating the product from the land and family that made it possible.
